Members are expected to act in a professional and civil manner toward both one another and the general public, respecting the rights, dignity and worth of all participants regardless of their gender, ability, cultural or religion background.
Bullying, abusive behaviour or manifest racism is not acceptable.
Persistent unacceptable behaviour may be referred to the committee, which may act in accordance with the disciplinary procedures laid out in the Society’s constitution.
Responsible alcohol consumption is acceptable however members consuming irresponsible quantities may be asked to modify their behaviour or leave the site.
Use of recreational drugs is banned and their use will be reported to the authorities.
